  1. Ahhh. William, the Spirit of Water in action!
    (^^) 「水の心」Mizu no Kokoro.
My Judo instructor Sakabe Sensei always taught us that we needed to maintain the "Spirit of Water" Why? Water takes on all sorts of form.
It has the ability to cool when things get hot.
It has the ability to warm when things get cold.
Like a stream it can flow around a rock in its path.
Like a tsunami wave it can crush the cliffs in its path.
When still, it is like a mirror with which we can reflect upon ourselves.
When rippled it can confuse and misdirect our opponents and of course our own minds. (**:)
Yup, the potato was softened up boiling, cooled down by ice water which then made the skin to easily peel off! (^^) Hate to do it for 100 servings of potato salad destined for the buffett line!
    Enjoy your day, everyone!
